This is my single best purchase ever off of Amazon. I tried another brand of robot vac years ago Deexxx M80 Pxx. It paled in comparison to the Eufys. These Eufys are superior at fine dust particle pickup. Its almost like talcum powder in the filter when I empty it. Hair , carpet fuzz , dust bunnies, insects dont have a chance at escaping Eufy. My son has really bad allergies so mine is set on the daily random IQ boost auto vacuum setting. He runs around the house when we are not home and docks successfully probably 90% of the time. He does get stuck under my couch occasionally or between the wall and my toilet which is annoying. Honestly if the body was taller or slightly wider this wouldnt happen. Eufy engineers ought to put a feature in the lid bumper top that adds say an extra 1/2 of height if you choose so it wont venture under places it will commonly get stuck . This is my second Eufy. I have owned my first Eufy 11S for 3 years and its still going strong, daily use, and filling its debris compartment amazingly still to this day. That battery life at 3 yrs is still around 40 minutes on IQ boost, daily vacuuming and daily charging so I expect the same of this "max" model. This 11S "max" is rated at 2000 pa. For an experiment I ran my old Eufy 11s rated at 1300 pa on my upstairs carpeted floors. Immediately after that -the first day I got this 11s "max" I ran it over the same space. I was absolutely shocked to find a "full debris" compartment after 1hr of vacuuming. I am not sure if this is a testament to the 700 pa difference, slight filter design difference, OR more than likely the importance of replacing your beater brush which I try to do once a year buying replacements off Amazon for around $10. My old 11S was / is due for beater brush replacement when I did this experiment so that probably accounts for some of it . Anyway I am a big fan of the Eufys after my experiences. I cant ever imagine buying another brand and I am really tough on product expectations as I am in the electronics test engineering profession . Love my Eufys.I tried at least 2 or 3 other roombas, but they were horrible (never made it back to base station, got stuck, ran out of power, etc.). This is the best one by far and a great value for the moneyThis unit works great so far - I say so far as this is my 4th robot vacuum in 3 years.None seem to last as long as I would expect.A major problem with all of them is the height - they all are at a height that tends to go under cabinet doors or furniture, but too tall to actual function once under, so the get stuck, then either keep running in place or stop and have to be pulled out and restarted.This was a replacement for my old Eufy 11 that provided excellent service for many years. This 11S is a great replacementClean very well I have two inside dog and my floor can be dirty. This robot helps with that mess. I have 3 robots. I am with this product.Been wanting a floor Vacuum for some time but the PRICES for some units a rediculous. So that being said,I was a little skeptical?! This was a Recommendation from a client who states he got his because of another recommandation. Well this has FAR supassed my skeptisim. Highly recommand! works AWESOME for my hardword floors. Have two DOGS and always trying to keep up with hair. I am using this, have it timed and goes out every morning. Just make sure a recommended to remove loose rugs and electrical wires. Its smart technology so when running low on battery go right back to base.If youre looking for a LESS expensive VAC this unit is great and also has great suctionI am HONESTLY inpressed. Recommended very HIGHLY you wont be disappointedI love my vacuum. Helps a lot to clean all my house meanwhile I am doing something else it is simple product and efficient.The reviews are spot on, quite, great job with floors and rugs. Not so smart, but I love it. Not having to vacuum a 22 square foot home is soooo nice. The price was fantastic. A friend recommended this rather than the expensive ones, they raved so that I had to get one.
