I have had this vacuum for several days now and can say without hesitation I will never own or use a plugin standard vacuum again. As a matter of fact we gave away the two upright vacuums we had. We have a Labrador Retriever who sheds all the time and this V11 gets all that hair from our hardwood and carpeted floors. The battery life is outstanding and the new head automatically adjusts the power level for wood to carpet. It is also easier to get underneath cabinets and other furniture. The V11 is incredible. I never wanted to buy a Dyson before due to price, wow was I missing out.
