This product was purchased as a back up for other goat milkers I have. Fortunately, due to the quality I have not used this one yet. I know when I do I have a product I can count on. I have purchased several goat milking machines and have had one pump quit it over three years. Fortunately it was in the warranty period. A replacement was received faster then I expected with no Hassel. I will purchase this product again IF I encounter a failure after warranty expires or if I need another setup due to expanding my herd.
