ABS White Plastic Sheet 1/8" x 12" x 24" - Textured One Side for Vacuum Forming - Pack of 8 - Ideal for DIY Projects, Model Making, and Signage Applications

A great product for misc plastic uses. I reduced table saw and router speeds down to about 60-70% of full speed and got good fairly clean cuts - you may still need to run a box knife or similar along edges to clean up and residue. If you note a lot of it during cutting then you need to slow the speed down. I found that it "chipped" out well with the table saw at slower speeds and left little melted residue. I assembled pieces using a two part epoxy like glue which has held well. Plastic has some flex to it so not getting things perfectly sized worked out ok.I was a bit disappointed the 12x24 arrived as 11-7/8 x 23-7/8 but it's not surprising as seller is likely cutting 4x8ft sheets down to these smaller pieces so some loss is expected. I was hoping the "loss" would have been about 1/16".I also appreciated the seller packaged the set of 8 sheets in a custom made cardboard "wrap" to keep the pieces secure as well as adding a "do not bend" sticker on the package. Well done for shipping as found no damage to any piece.Overall I'm very pleased with the seller performance and the product - highly recommend to someone needing a white ABS sheet for projects.
