Used this for a tube pedal I built recently. Materials, function, and usability are top notch. It really grips the pins well, which is important, so be extra careful inserting your tube so as not to bend them! In my case, I placed a 3mm blue led in the center hole of the socket (perfect fit) to illuminate the tube from underneath. My grandkids said this was "So freakin' cool!", lol. Would/will purchase again.
