We have 2 others of these coolers and wanted a third. Wonderful products. Customer service is above and beyond. My lid was not tight fitting I contacted and they replace it immediately. Skip the yeti and by mamouth we love themI realy dislike the lid it leaks like crazy you can just leave it open and it probably won't be much of a difference. Also it is so very top heavy it always try's to fall over and it did and put a small crack into the lid.Love this cup! , but it's all I use for water. Love it!The cup is a good size fits perfect in the cup holder of my car and keeps my coffee or tea hot for hours. Only problem is the lid I don't like the cheap rubber band type thing that is used to seal the top up. But other then that a good deal.Absolutely love the finish on this cup! It’s a Matte slightly and I mean slightly rough finish. The lid...I’ve NEVER had one with a stopper type closure but it looks great!Does exactly what I bought it for. Hot stays hot and cold stays cold. Doesn’t stay hot as long as it states. Still worth buyingI love this cup! I can leave it in my car during a 4 hour shift in the Florida heat and come out to a cold drink with ice still. Great item!!My daughter plays softball so I'm outside all summer. These are the best cups there are. Ice will stay most of the day. Yeti and off brand replacement lids fit perfectly as well.
