The Shark Rotator powered Lift-Away is our first ever powered Lift-Away providing uninterrupted floor to ceiling cleaning. Easily clean under furniture, above the floor, and all those other hard to reach places around your home. The led lights on the wand are perfect for above floor cleaning and great for spotting cobwebs in those bothersome corners. The illuminated handle also provides led lighting, which really helps in spotting hidden debris for a more thorough cleaning. This comes in particularly handy when you use a handle attachment, like the upholstery tool. The led light really illuminates the work area so you can actually see what you need to clean. Fingertip controls aid in a seamless transition between hard floors and carpet. This 3-in-1 vacuum instantly transforms to a portable canister with powered floor nozzle using the canister caddy. This makes for effortless cleaning throughout your home. In addition, the caddy can hold all of your favorite attachments so they are available at all times. The new hard floor genie bare floor attachment offers the ultimate bare floor cleaning experience and includes a microfiber pad to pick up the finer debris. Advanced swivel steering provides the ultimate control to get in and around obstacles and furniture. Anti-allergen complete seal technology traps over 99.99percent of dust and allergens inside the vacuum while passing through a HEPA filter. The Shark Rotator powered Lift-Away also features the new 2-in-1 dusting genie for fine dusting, a pet upholstery tool to lift all those animal hairs off the living room couch, a dusting brush, and an accessory bag to hold it all. A generous 30ft long power cord makes easy work of cleaning large areas, and our 7-year warranty ensures that your experience will be trouble free.Warranty DescriptionSharkNinja Five-Year (5) Limited WarrantyCustomer Service #1(800)798-7398Hours of OperationMon - Fri 8a.m. - 1- p.m. EST Sat - Sun 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

I am not going to go over what is listed in the description and will simply list what I like and do not like about this vacuum. Note - I am comparing this to an animal Dyson I have used for years.Update - It is now 9/8/2020 and decided to up my review to 4 stars. While it still does not retain the suction my dyson did, the power for an unknown reason had increased slightly since my last update and I have since gotten used to how the vacuum handles and I find it easier to use now. I have yet to need any belts and the cleaning is still simple and easy. One thing I do like is the groove in the brush head which makes cutting the hair and junk off easy. And after thinking about it, when I had to clean the dyson, it took special tools and some time. While I still need to change filters more and clean the head more, it takes much less time making it a draw I guess.Update - It is now 11/21/2018 and wishing I did not go with this vacuum. I have two sets of the filters and swap - clean them every month. I also make sure the brush is clean when I swap the filters. Moving rating of 3 to 1. Vacuum just does not pick up or have the suction it did when and seems to be getting worse. Even when it is cleaned, fresh and empty it just lacks that oomph my old dyson had and this had when new. Looks great on tv and as seen on tv but real-life use made me regret this purchase. The bottom line is it is just one year old and performs like a 25 cheapo vacuum i have for my attic.Update - Purchased 10/18/2017. It has now been several months since I purchased this. I am very close to going back to Dyson when this is no longer working. While it gets the job done, three main things are not up to par for me. The balance is something I never really got used to. When I use the wand, this almost always falls over. The second issue is the narrower path. While it does go flat which is nice, wish the width was wide. Last and biggest issues I have is that I have to clean the filters just about every 2 - 3 weeks. My last Dyson would only require filter and maintenance once every few months and had no major decrease in suction even if spacing out the cleanings. This has a quick decrease in power in my opinion as soon as the filters become dirty.Summary - If this lasts me 10 years like my Dyson, I will be super happy. Time will tell on that. Overall, while there are a few cons, nothing significant, and am very happy with this. Taking one star as the swivel head to me is a little challenging and wish there was a way to lock the head to prevent swiveling if I did not want it to.Pros-Is very powerful and I truly feel it is, in fact, more powerful than my Dyson.-Is about the same weight as my last Dyson.-Cleaning this every 3 months is easier in my opinion than the Dyson. The Dyson canister had hex screws to remove and made a mess when you removed the top to clean it. This has easy to use buttons you simply press to access all the areas you want to clean.-This has three different filters which are very easy to clean-replace and are CHEAP! Lots of combo kits online all over for when you can no longer clean them yourselves due to age and ongoing use.-Has headlights which do, in fact, let you see the floor area you are cleaning very nicely.-The cord is a nice length just like my Dyson.-Price. About $200 - 300 cheaper than Dyson which in my opinion is the only compatible vacuum in terms of quality, features, and price.-Is much more flexible in design as the canister can be detached (placed in rolling dolly- held) allowing you to get under furniture and hard to reach places, unlike my past vacuum.-Has onboard storage for two attachments.Cons-It was a little like a wild stallion when I first used it. The brush and suction is very fast and it almost makes it feel self-propelled as it will go forward almost by itself when you use it. I am still trying to get used to the way the head moves and pivots. You can control it, but it is something that may take a little practice if you are coming from a vacuum that has no pivoting head.-Head is not as wide as my past Dyson.-The capacity of the canister on this vs. the Dyson animal is smaller. So a year ago I bought a Dyson Compact Ball. I lived in an 850spft apartment that had mostly carpet. I also had one dog with a lot of long hair that sheds ALOT. It was great suction and maneuverability but I could barely get under the very edge of any furniture. Then I moved into a slightly bigger house half carpet half hard wood and got a second dog. The suction seemed to be less and less, despite regularly cleaning the filter and I had to use a broom to sweep beneath all my furniture or move everything to get up the dog hair. And I usually had to empty it at least two times before I was done.I saw an advert for the Shark on a plane and wondered if it could meet my needs. Today it arrived and it 100% lives up to my expectations!First I purchased the NV751. Yes you can get the true pet version slightly cheaper at Bed Bath and Beyond, but I wanted the Rose Gunmetal - which is really a lovely metallic lavender/ silver-gray lavender. For me it was with the added $20. Now as I spent so much time trying to determine what came with it I'll list all the accessories here (and included a couple pics): duster crevice tool, pet power brush, dusting brush, upholstery tool, dust away floor attachment, canister (note it did not come with an accessory bag; but all but one fit either on the vacuum (holds 2 attachments) or canister (holds 2 attachments). It was incredibly easy to assemble! Out of the box, assembled, pictures taken, and vacuuming in less than 10 minutes. Now for the pros:1) Awesome suction, as good if not better than my Dyson...in fact almost too good - it did pull up and eat some of my carpet threads along a seam; but that was it had already pulled up a bit there and I had it on high pile to deep clean when it my carpet is low-med.2) the lift away was heaven sent, I could get under furniture and on furniture...exactly what I needed to get all the hair in it's hidden corners.3) the pet power brush actually worked!!! My Dyson turbo pet tool never had the suction of the vacuum itself, in fact I use to just put the whole vacuum on my couch and chaise to get the hair off. The Shark power pet tool'sucied it all up, and it was so easy to switch attachments (vests with the Dyson Compact. I got hair off the couch I haven't been able to get to - ever!4) it actually gets to the edge. The Dyson had bumpers of some sort so it wouldn't necessarily get along the baseboards and corners. The Shark pulled up everything right up to the edge!!!5) easy to navigate, on par with the Dyson.6) the light was a nice added feature.7) the capacity of the dirt canister was awesome. Three times I started to empty it only to discover it had room!!! No more running to the basement to empty the bin in the trash can multiple times!!!8) the auto propel helped speed things along9) when I went to empty it all of the debris fell out with the click of a button and release of the bottom lid!!! No reaching in to pull out dog hair getting first and dust everywhere!!!Cons:1) it was heavier than my Dyson, but not in an unmanageable way - in fact where my Dyson often felt flimsy leaving me wondering how it cost so much, this felt solid and sturdy!2) the weight is more noticeable on the backstroke, but this just means you can't just vacuum with your arm you have to perfect the the Shark two step - two steps forward, two steps back...3) parts of it did occasionally fall over while vacuuming- but no worse than on my Dyson, and I think as I get the hang of it it won't happen at all.4) carpet and hair did wrap around the roller. In the year I had the Dyson this never happened. However most if that I think originated from the above mentioned carpet incident and accidentally catching an Apple charging cord (which I deranged but likely added to the twined hair. All of it was easily removed and I just plan to clear each use if it happens again, not ideal; but worth all the pros! All in all - it's exactly what I needed and meets the needs of my home far better than my disown for $100-200 less!
