Very robust, the closure for the top works great, and the stand is surprisingly sturdy. The little hand strap is cute, and the over-the-shoulder strap needs to be opened and then attached but it's secure. I bought two (one for a friend) and both came in good condition. The boxes were a little bent, but the product was just fine.
