This attachment works as advertised with our Dyson 10 hand vacuum. It's actually quite handy for getting under refrigerators, sofas, and other places which are hard to reach with the regular size Dyson attachments.However, a couple reservations...this wand is shipped folded in half at the middle, and it's hard to get the wand to straighten out and stay straight. This was so frustrating to me that I almost returned the item, but over time, the unit did straighten out more. Also, the body of the wand will clog fairly easily with fur, etc., and the materials either have to be poked out or forced out by air pressure, water, or even using another vacuum. So it's important to not try to vacuum too much too fast. But otherwise, the Dyson unit works well with it.I bought this anyway reading some reviews. But I used a hairdryer to heat up the curve and it’s almost straight. It’s flexible So I’m not worried about it being perfectly straight. I like that it is one piece and it reaches into places down in my dryer vent under my stove and refrigerator and for the money it’s well worth!Got sucked in because of the vine reviews. But, the product is not going to work. Walls are too thin and popcorn, seeds and etc... get stuck. You will have to have a straighten coat hanger to remove it.i purchased this to get into flat hard to reach places -- unfortunately tool is a little wider (there wasn't aspec of this dimension) and has still not flattened out after over a week - and I have manually tried to get the kink out - but no luckIt fit into my Dyson but was not compatible because the vacuum thought it was clogged and would not continue to run.Wasn’t flexibleDoes not work. The hole in this tool is so narrow that there is not sufficient airflow or space for anything to be vacuumed up. The vacuum stops working giving a "blockage" warning. The particular tool I received must have been returned previously as it came in a package that had clearly been opened before.The crevice tool came bent in a U-shape and won't go back to being straight, even after trying to bend it back to a straight form. Very irritating and makes it difficult to use.
