Part was great. Repair was not.The Amazon product is just what is needed and delivery was great.I wish the video from Consumer Reports applied to this Shark Navigator Deluxe! But no.There are 10 screws of varying lengths to remove and remember where they go. Two of them are under the front wheels, which must be removed. Aligning the parts for reassembly took an hour for me. I had to enlist the help of my husband. Total time to put it back together was over an hour. The sun set and we used flashlights for the recessed screw holes. A bonding experience once we had it together. Shark! You can do better.
